Our services include:

• Winterization - The entire system is drained and blown out w/compressed air and checked for leaks.  Antifreeze is added and dated winterization signs are posted.
  
  
• Lock Changes - Our crew changes the lock(s) at the property to the key code according to the regulatory requirements for the loan type standards, unless otherwise instructed by you.
  
  
• Flat Rate Service- We can Trashout the structrure, perform a lawn cut, trim shrubbery, secure the property with new locks and lock box, clean the property, and get it into a sellable condition all for a low flat rate cost.
  
  
• Pool Covering and Pool Removal - We secure the pool/hot tub according to the high standards set by HUD specifications for the area the property is located. If needed, our crew will put a tarp or wire mesh on the pool to make it inaccessible.  
  
  
• Debris Removal/Interior and Exterior - Our crews remove all interior or exterior debris from the property, as authorized and requested by client. We calculate the amount of debris either in cubic yards or feet. If our crews note that there is an excessive amount of debris, we will always give the client an estimate of removal costs prior to commencing work. We provide written and photographic documentation of all work performed. 
  
  
• Clean Out/Trash Outs - We will provide labor, equipment and trucks for any of your clean out projects. All debris will be hauled away and legally disposed of, leaving your property in broom swept condition.
  
  
• Board-Bolt/Screening/Windows - We secure properties by boarding up broken windows, doors, and all openings ensuring the property is not accessible.  We also repair, replace or reglaze windows if needed.
  
  
• Roof Repair and Tarping - Steps are taken to ensure that the repair or tarping is done in accordance with all applicable guidelines.  Slats or strips and screws are used to hold down tarps to ensure that no leaking occurs. 
  
  
• Sales Clean - Consists of the following: washing inside windows, sweeping and mopping, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, cobweb removal and general cleaning maintenance.  House will be left in sales clean condition.  Other sales clean services will be done upon client's request.  Steam cleaning carpets is also available but would be bid as a separate item. 
  
  
• Hazardous Material Disposal - Home, lawn and garden chemicals used for pest, insect and weed control, antifreeze, brake fluid, transmission fluid, gallons of paint, car batteries, and more are taken from the property and disposed of by applicable hazardous material disposal standards.
